After checkout, once the order is confirmed, we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking, if available.

Please typically allow 1-3 Business Days for Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please typically allow 3-10 Business Days for Order Delivery

Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

Please note, some of our pieces are shipped SEPARATELY and they may arrive in different packages at different times. Thank you for your understanding.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

USA/Australia/New Zealand: 1-2 Weeks 

Canada: 1 Week 

Europe: 1-2 Weeks

UK: 1-2 Weeks

Other: location dependent. 

Please note that we do not have control over shipping times or delays. If you have questions about your delivery status, please do not hesitate to track your package or Contact Us and state the reason for Inquiry. We are here to help! 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for a delay include:

1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country

2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft 

3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others

 

PROCESSING & TRACKING

Emme Hair processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Please Note: Tracking Numbers are NOT mandatory, and instead are a provided as a courtesy to our customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Emme Hair does not offer returns or exchanges due to health risks. 

 

CUSTOMS

Emme Hair is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.

 

CURRENCY

All orders are processed in CND at the most current exchange rate.

 

MISSING ITEMS

Some of our orders may be shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items within the allowable timeframe, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.

 

INCOMPLETE/WRONG ADDRESS

If an error such as an incomplete or wrong address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Emme Hair has the right to charge a fee of $20.00 for all orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped. 

 

CANADA POST STRIKE

In the event of a Canada Post Strike, all Canadian orders will be processed, awaiting fulfillment when the shipping option becomes available. If you place an order with a Canadian Shipping Address, our support team will contact you via email for further instructions. Please note, all wait times and delays occurred as a result of the Canada Post Strike do not fall within the allowable timeline outlined above in our Shipping Times.
